2015 Dates Announced

Join us November 6 & 7, 2015, to sample an incredible selection of oysters prepared by the nation’s hottest chefs, enjoy live music from national performers and participate in cooking demonstrations. In addition, you can sample from a variety of craft breweries, be a judge in our Bloody Mary Invitational and watch top chefs live inaction.

The chefs will compete in three categories for the best oyster (Cajun, Rockefeller, Create Your Own Raw) and you will have the chance to taste them all.

The Oyster Cook-Off is free to the public. Tasting tickets are available for purchase for sampling the oysters, beer, wine, Bloody Mary’s, and champagne.
